2008 – 2009
- Achieve Exemplary status on state accountability and meet Adequate Yearly Progress through high expectations, an engaging curriculum, and student-centered instruction aligned with the developed scope and sequence for a pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade educational system.
- Implement a Learning community through staff development opportunities and developing a division of professional; knowledgeable; responsible; and accountable employees.
- Foster open and timely communication and community decision-making through committees, community organizations, and local media outlets while promoting positive morale in students, faculty and staff, and he community.
- Create and sustain effective spending paradigms and strategic use of available funds from the federal, state, and local levels of growth for instructional components, facilities, and grounds.
- Support and sustain efforts that promote the integration and infusion of technology throughout instructional and curricular programs to increase delivery effectiveness and cost efficiency in expenditures for hardware and software.
- Maintain active participation in legislative activities related to school finance while providing timely information to the school board and community through various media types.
